3. Estimates, Scheduling, and Cancellations

Any estimate we give is based on the information available at the time and on the condition of the equipment as we find it. If the work required turns out to differ from what was quoted, we will discuss the change with you before going ahead. Appointment times are scheduled in good faith and can be affected by weather, parts availability, or emergency call-outs. If you need to change or cancel a booked appointment, please tell us as early as you reasonably can so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Workmanship and equipment warranties, where they apply, are the ones set out on your invoice or in the manufacturer’s warranty documentation for the equipment installed. Beyond those, this website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Ivy Heating and Air, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from information published on it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
